Welcome to the website of the United Barbet Club - a club for all North American Barbet Dogs

Our Mission: Preserving, protecting, and promoting Barbet, the French Water Dog, who remain true to the UKC and FCI standard and to their heritage as capable gun dogs that are as at home in the field as they are with the family. The United Barbet Club seeks to expand the knowledge of its members on the subject of breed specific topics, breeding, animal husbandry, training and health issues applicable to the breed and to dogs in general. We encourage participation in UKC competitive events.
